Vegan Chocolate Pudding

The best thing about this recipe is how customizable it is.  Actually, no, the best thing about this recipe is how delicious it is, but I suppose those kind of go together since by customizing it you can maximize the deliciousness however you like.  

Or maybe the best thing is how quick & simple it is.  Oh, no, wait, the best thing is that it’s egg, dairy, gluten & sugar free!  I’ll have to ruminate on this and get back to you.

I recommend starting with a little less of everything than the recipe calls for so you can add more of whatever makes it taste good to you as you go.

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1.5 tsp agave nectar


  • Mix all ingredients together in food processor or blender.  Put in a bowl & top with chopped nuts or whatever you want.  Ta Da!
  • Optional toppings:  Walnuts, Coconut, Shredded Chocolate, anything else you can think of…
