Cilantro is a must if you like cooking Mexican cuisine, but it has a range of applications beyond this. This lacey, leafy plant is an easy keeper that grows well indoors and out.
Dill isn’t as tolerant of imperfect conditions as other herbs, but it is worth growing. Dill needs a lot of sunlight for bushy growth and is best suited for outdoor gardens or indoor pots under a grow light.
There may be no easier herb to grow than mint. This productive plant grows well in a variety of environments and will take over your garden if you let it.
