In a large bowl, combine the asparagus, mushrooms, garlic powder, salt, ground black pepper, and oil, and toss.

Spread the asparagus and mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast at 400° F for 15-20 minutes, tossing once halfway.
