Can You Freeze Stuffed Peppers?

Frozen stuffed peppers are an easy dish when you're short on time. Find out how to freeze stuffed peppers, as well as how to thaw and cook them, so they taste as good as fresh.

Step 1:

For the best results, first prepare and cook your peppers according to your recipe.

Instructions

Wrap each individual pepper in plastic wrap, careful to ensure none of the filling falls out.

Place each individually wrapped pepper in a freezer-safe container.

Step 3:

Place the container on a flat surface in the freezer and leave them untouched for at least twelve hours.

Step 4:

After twelve hours, the peppers will be frozen enough that the filling should not move around. At this point, you can move and flip the container as needed for long-term storage.
