Easy Vegan Stuffing

A classic stuffing recipe that just happens to be vegan – with traditional flavors of onion, celery, sage, and thyme, this vegan stuffing is sure to be a Thanksgiving hit!

Ingredients

Dry bread Vegan butter Celery sliced Onion diced Garlic minced

Fresh sage Cresh thyme Vegetable broth Salt and pepper

Step 1:

Cut the bread into cubes and leave out overnight to dry. Alternatively, you can toast the cubed bread at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 15 minutes, tossing halfway.

Instructions

Step 2:

In a pan, cook the onion and celery for 7 to 10 minutes or until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Add the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.

Combine the bread, cooked veggies, sage, and thyme. Add salt and pepper, to taste. At this point, you can add ingredients like dried cranberries or vegan sausage crumbles.

Pour the vegetable broth over the mixture. Add just enough broth so that the bread is fully saturated, but not soggy.
